Good news

Well, yesterday ended out being much better than it started. We went to breakfast then stopped at Lowes to pick out a group color. My DH went to the acreage to work and I was able to stay home and get caught up a bit.

Laundry, putting clothes away, dishes, tried to work on the treadmill as it is making a noise, changed sheets, cleaned 'my' bathroom and room. It was dirty and crowded. I sleep in a spare bedroom with both pups and all my work stuff (2 laptops).

My DH has always had difficulties sleeping and we have always had different sleep schedules. Actually it has been this way for so long. I travelled every week for over 10 years so it was an adjustment to sleep in the same bed with someone. Sometimes it bothers me, but not much. Not sure how t his came out in this blog. I just type.

Anyway, we had a HUGE WIN yesterday! Utah ate some of his Liver Diet dog food twice. Yes, twice! I was just so very happy!

We did not sleep well again. If it would warm up maybe I would start taking them for a walk around the block again after dinner. That may help. They are sleeping now of course. I have such a hard time getting back to sleep when I am up. I think I trained myself this way when I was working crazy hours, years ago.

Anyway, I had my coffee and watched a video on how to frame with a window opening. I think I understand. It is the next task in working on the shed. We will all go out to the acreage today and full the centers of the top concrete blocks. I really need to take some more pictures and post them.

Lastly, I really need to get back on my schedule of getting up and getting on the treadmill. It is a bit hard to get motivated with the heat not turned on. i want to stay in bed. It is 58 downstairs I think. My DH does not want o turn on the heat or air until the crawl space is insulated again.

Well, gotta go. It is 6AM. I need to start grilling ground chicken for my boy :) or at least give him his morning meds. Oh that is the other task I did yesterday, I came up with a plan to adjust Utah;s med times so when I go back in the office a week from Monday we will be on a doable schedule. It is a plan were we stay on a schedule for 3 days then adjust then 3 days then adjust and so on. i figured that would work. I of course did not want to just change times.
