Today I was down to 200.4 ! I weighed in several times, but always the same.
I cut peas from my dinner, but included them in my lunch:
B - 4 eggs, 2 T butter, 1 cup mushrooms
L - 3 b/s chicken thighs, 1 T olive oil, 1/2 can tomatoes, and 1/2 can of peas.
D - 3 b/s chicken thighs, 1 T olive oil, 1/2 can tomatoes
This comes to 1,826 calories
fat = 117 grams... 58.6 %
carbs = 43 grams... 9.7 %, 10 grams from fiber
protein = 142 grams... 31.7 %
Had a busy day, and that is why I am doing this so late. My brother has to go take a test at school tomorrow, so I did my shopping tonight. Then I watched C.S.I., and Bones. I am heading off to read before bedtime.
