don't think I've ever seen that called ever while I was watching a game, obstruction! Boston is beating themselves a little more than The Cards are so far. So The Cards won 5-4 in the bottom of the 9th and are up 2 Games to 1. Onto Game 4 tomorrow night.
I didn't watch any football today but UCLA lost again, yikes. At least Jim Mora has them on the right track though which I appreciate so much. There were too many lean years honestly now. LSU won which isn't a surprise against Furman. I still am surprised by last weeks Ole Miss loss. I don't think they have enough to beat Alabama since they are pretty much rolling along.
Did the hiking today, strength training and yoga so that was my exercise. We didn't go out tonight because we just didn't have the energy for it. Last night we had dinner here with a few couples at The SO's work and it was pleasant enough. I ate well and ate no dessert, just had coffee and some fruit. I'm not into sweets and desserts very much at all. During Thanksgiving I'll have a slice of pie (not pumpkin or cherry, no pecan either lol. I don't like pie.) I like cake though as long as it isn't sweet as death. I like lemon cake, yellow cake with chocolate frosting or strawberry cake. At Christmas I like cake and then I'm fine for the most part.
I'm getting up there with my steps, I have 13,500 or so for the day and I did my stretching and yoga today so I am fine and shouldn't get any issues from the increased activity level. Food has been on the lower end of my allotted calories, round 1300-1450 for the most part. The more activity I do usually means I am less hungry. Its probably the types of food I eat which controls the hunger and appetite level. Sleep was kind of bad last night, 6 hours if I was lucky but I'll be good to sleep 7 this time~
Saw Marcia Wallace passed away she was funny. I remember her from a lot of game shows in the 80's, A Brady Bunch Episode, Bob Newhart and I know she did a lot of work for The Simpsons animae. Who can forget a lady with that smile and red hair!
I read an article about American actors being poor with accents, AGREED. The best is Meryl Streep and I think Roger Howarth and Robin Williams do a great job for the men's side so all is not lost. I think the Europeans do much better with perfecting an American Accent though.
