I'm naturally optimistic about most things. Most things. But this weight loss thing is hard! Fitness is tough for me during the week now that I can't work from home. And food is tough on the weekend. Tough, but not insurmountable. Today, I did both!! 97 pushups, a wallsit, 20 minute bike ride, and some serious house cleaning. The pushups were killer (had to do a few on my knees...just a few), but the crowning achievement was staying in my calorie range. If I can do it one day, I can do it for two. I'm ready to start a new streak. I can and I will!!
