Day 2 on ultra-low carb

8 am Breakfast: decaf with 1/4 cup coconut cream (ran out of heavy cream)
3/4 cup full-fat yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 oz. macadamia nuts

12 Lunch scrambled eggs one pork sausage

3pm snack: 1oz of cheese
1 oz brazil nuts
7pm snack: 1/2 cup full-fat yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 small piece of 85% dark chocolate

8:30 pm dinner: one beef sausage, kale, squash with sea salt and garlic and mustard

I feel very satisfied, but tired enough to turn in early today.

Exercise: Just some walking/jogging for about 1/2 hour and some more painting. My muscles were a little sore from running more yesterday than I had in a while.

    I'm doing about the same thing as you this month, though I'm not publicizing it much - I'm not looking for any advice, since I ultimately have to work out what works out for myself.

I just discovered yesterday that you can make a delicious slightly-wilted salad with melted butter and full fat cheese for dressing, lol! (Yes, I had nothing else high fat that I could put on my greens that I either liked or was on my plan. I'm SOOO tired of sour stuff.) Butter - it goes with everything!

  I am taking notes on low carb things I should put on the grocery list! I forgot about macadamia and brazil nuts! They will be going on the list!

    Thanks to Lindiemae for the tip. I've just ordered the book from Amazon. It's The Bone-Building Solution by Sam Graci. Looks like an interesting book to me.

    I was thinking about your diet plans right now and tracking here, one thing I would like to caution - do not become too acidic in your diet, as your bones prefer an alkaline environment and acidic can cause bone decay - so if you need more about that check out Sam Gracci's book Bone Building Revolution - or google alkaline acidic - good going eh !! I love foods too much ... but you seem to be enjoying this ! emoticon
