I promise to come back in a future post and share what these days were like but I just can't do it at this moment in time. emoticon

These were very challenging days for me and while I did manage to squeeze in my 10 mins of Gazelle time - sorta - it was way out of routine. I was working so hard on building that routine back and I really feel like I failed during these 3 days. But it could not be helped. When I do share the events of these days you will see why.

Blaynesgammy - please don't see our trips to Rochester as a bother. They actually helped me to keep my mind of the bigger problems going on in my life! :) So really YOU needing to go to Rochester when you did - both times - was the BEST THING FOR ME! :) I only hope I wasn't any burden on you or your girls. :)

That's okay. You don't even have to share it if it makes you feel uncomfortable. We're here to support you, but you don't have to get into any details.

I like your 'Do what makes you happy' post. It was excellent!

    And certainly, don't worry! :D

I know the stresses are piling up..but remember, exercise is a stress reliever, so ANY exercise you can work in each day will help lower the effects of the stress on your mind and body. emoticon
