I need to move it, move it more!!!!!!

I was rather disappointed with myself when I looked back over this week. Our 5% challenge was to track our food, which presented no real problem for me, except the two days I was without internet! I actually wrote down what I ate as well as my exercise when I was offline, so I was okay there. Where I blew myself out of the water was the exercise. I struggle during this type of weather with staying active. All I want to do is sit, do crotchet, and watch tv or movies! Those activities have their place, but not all day! I need to take a "move" pill every morning, I think! Now that I have dumped my hassle on a blog, maybe I'll straighten out! At least for a better week than last week was! We Daisies are determined people, after all!!!!!

    I know what you can do, when commercials come on, stand up and walk in place, then sit down after the show comes back on. Or go longer. It would be a start. I walk in place when the weather is frightful.

    emoticon I put my workout of until almost 9pm and don't finish until just before midnight, lol! I'm sure the neighbours downstairs wonder what's going on with all those creaks while I'm walking to Leslie Sansone videos. Have you tried any of the SABF's Lynnnie's put up? They don't have to be done at full intensity and the yoga is seated. Also there are some great, SHORT (yAy!) seated Spark videos--stretching counts!! Plus you get 3 points each for the first 2 you do. You might like to try restorative yoga, especially before you go to bed. The first, most viewed video of "restorative yoga" grabs you almost an hour of restful exercise--all you need is a long cushion or a rolled up blanket bound with a belt or two from a bathrobe. These are just some suggestions because I know you'd like to move more and it's hard. I was 235 pounds and there was a time I couldn't sit or get up from the couch.
