Day 209 - Taking a Vacation from My Lifestyle...

Working a combined total of 23 hours yesterday and today with 10 more to go for tomorrow, I seem to be taking a vacation from my lifestyle.
Not hitting my water intake, no walking or jogging, eating wrong foods which are conveniently easy to obtain, Subway lunch, lack of sleep which means hitting Duncan Donuts for lattes and swirls...and of course I cave in for munchkins...sigh
Yup, this weekend, I took a vacation from my lifestyle healthy habits.
I plan on getting back into the groove once again starting tomorrow food wise...exercise starting again on Monday, which is the start of my weekend! At least I am still recording my foods, other goals, blogging, etc...
