Trying to Keep Up With This

Saturday, October 26, 2013

I feel so bad I am not on SP as much as I would like to be. I can't seem to find a healthy balance between everything. Although I know if I don't then I won't be seeing 199 by January. Everything is so overwhelming me. Eh, I don't want to complain. I just want to apologize to my friends for not being here and being supportive like I would like to be.
On a happy note, I just bought a jacket today in a size large - I think I am finally done with Extra large and oh what a feeling! emoticon

emoticon and emoticon on the smaller size!!! Talk about motivation!

I've been having trouble figuring out a balance, too - and feeling guilty just as you described. But we each have to find our balance, Barb, and I think that means more teetering back and forth than just standing in one spot. :) Finding the mix of what works to help us get healthier/slimmer and what allows us to take care of the other responsibilities in our lives, that's the "trick." But we can!

Hope all is going well with you, Friend, and that you today is beautiful.
    :) Gail

emoticon SM Barb. emoticon on being down a size! emoticon

Apology is not accepted because there's absolutely no need to apologise in the first place!! Most of us know that 'overwhelming' feeling at some stage in our lives, but just work thru it and don't hit that panic button. emoticon

    Don't sweat it!! emoticon
