Firstly I love lean and clean.
I have done this diet before a few years ago, except it's not a diet it's just a change of attitude towards food. It is amazing. I don't know how many pounds I've lost in the week, I've stopped using scales apart from very occasionally,(they were hammering down on my self esteem), but the change is obvious. I slipped into a dress that didn't fit 3 weeks ago! Last time my husband lost nearly a stone in 2 weeks, and the best thing was we both felt amazing through the whole thing. I'm am not forgetting myself again. This time is for good. Yay!
I'm aiming for a 60min run today; it's been a while.
I'm off to Bangkok next weekend. A really good friend has just had a baby boy but I am struggling to find something as a gift. For girls we have always bought a lovely piece of jewellery to be stored away and given the mum a matching one. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Lastly the book. After feedback from friends I'm working on the extra chapter near the beginning. It's time consuming, but hopefully worth it.
