A Jumbled Mess...

Saturday, October 26, 2013

A new day. A new freedom. Lower stress levels. I went from stress level 27 to 4
My Sweetie dumped me His reason, Im a cold-hearted B that refused to spend time with him at his new place (which was over 100 miles, [one way] from my house.).

Ripped from Maria Kangs FB page: While I certainly wasn't fat, I didn't feel good about my body. Like many women, I struggled with disordered eating, was an emotional eater and often blamed my past, people and things for the excuses I was making in my present. I didn't progress until I realized my personal power - the power of free will - to choose my thoughts and therefore my actions. It wasn't easy, but it IS possible through reflection, discipline, determination and faith.

Can you live by the ARK (Act of Random Kindness) standards daily?? My challenge to my family and friends:
1. Read Matthew 6: 3-4
"3 But when you give to someone in need, dont let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. 4 Give your gifts in private, and your Father, who sees everything, will reward you."
2. Do exactly what the verse says to do. It can be a small task or a rather large one. Only God, you and the other person(s) will see the deed and know the true strength of ARK and Pay It Forward...
Something to think about... Even the best of us have our secrets... The good, the bad, and the unknown secrets...

I wanted to leave these thoughts at the path of the four winds...
1. "I'll come to thee by moonlight, though hell should bar the way!" (The Highwayman Poem. It's a good love story.)
2. Hebrews 11: 3, 38-39... (Reading all of Hebrews 11 is better, but verse 3 and 38-39 are the main focal points...)
3. Pay It Forward...
4. Unconditional love...
5. (Unspoken) Prayer.....

When people hurt you, think of them like a sand paper. They may scratch and hurt you but in the end, you end up polished & they end up useless.

I'm sorry that he hurt you, but it sounds like you are probably better off. I have found in my life that things tend to happen for a reason and we generally end up better off in the long run. Sometimes it is hard for us to make changes that we should on our own. Sometimes we need a push. Then it is up to us to grow and move on. Sending you hugs and hoping that you have lots of support to help you move on. emoticon

It sounds like somebody is full of himself to be so spoiled to wait until you do all of those things for hima nd then whine about what HE needs ,,still..
Not wasted time, just life experience..
Did you a favor..
You are the opposite,giving.. lose him and find yourself..
