I'm going to try watching my steps instead of diet all the time. I get depressed counting calories. I will build up to 10000 steps plus exercise such as vacuum, kettlebells,stretching,yoga,Pi lates,etc. I also love to dance. with help from my 's
I think that's a great plan. I spend lots more time worrying about whether I'll get in my fitness minutes than what the scale says. In fact I've sworn off the scale until Christmas. And if you love to dance you really must stop by the 12 Weeks Walking team and check out our new November challenge. I think that is great. I would prefer people count NUTRITION instead of calories. So, I hope you are eating nutrient dense foods and drinking a lot of water for all the exercise you are planning to do. If not you are going to have cravings. 1090 days ago
