that means only 29 more pounds to go to be at 135 or 39 to be at 125 which is my ideal weight. I don't know if at 65 shooting for 125 is a good idea we will see as we get closer. I have been working a LOT lots of shoveling and walking the dogs. No official exercise. I am missing my yoga and can't wait to get started again but thats not till i get that pool cover up which god willing should happen this weekend.
Needless to say feeling positive and encouraged.
