I have been taking the thyroid supplements now for over 2 months and apparently they are beginning to take effect. I am losing again. Good eating + exercising = finally losing weight. Before I went to the dr I was tired, had to nap daily and couldn't lose anything.
The dr did not put me on thyroid medication (my thyroid although underactive isn't at a number that allowed for medicine) so I found a thyroid supplement and have been faithfully taking it.
Now? I am less tired, more alert, I rarely need naps and I am losing again! YAY!!! I walk and eat right (working on my water intake again its cold I prefer tea) So I am happy I found a supplement that is helping!
