What a night. It took me almost two hours to put my new desk chair together, and I still have my coffee tabe set and Dyson to do, too. Tomorrow I'm helping my parents with their Halloween party, which means I'll have to do the rest Sunday before going back to my parents to do laundry.

It was a challenging week for me, but I realized I have to start committing to exercise every day. I've made so many excuses not to do it. But aside from the weight loss aspect, I find that I'm wound much tighter when I don't walk every day.

I have a long way to go, so I'm committing to walking thirty minutes a day. Starting tomorrow though, haha. It's 1:30 in the morning emoticon

If you can't do 30 mins at one go - try for 2 x 15 mins. That's how I started walking once a day. You'll love it before long emoticon

I agree with Stacy. I hated the idea of doing it...some mornings I still want to get in the car and drive for coffee instead of walking...but I always feel better when I walk.

Have a great time at your parents' Halloween party. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
