What's Up With Miss B? - Week 136

Better late than never right?

Nutrition = No longer tracking, but am watching what I eat as much as I can. My night eating is still horrendous.

Water Intake = Could be better.

Exercise = Aiming for 1000 fitness minutes for the month, at 720 so far.

Clothing Fit, Inches Lost = Some items are getting snug, some aren't. Annoying, but to be expected.

Stress Level/Exhaustion = I'm actively working on my getting a better handle on my Depression and am currently on new meds. I look forward to a healthier, happier life.


1). My Superwoman Zumba instructor complemented me on my dancing. TOTALLY made my week.

What I'm Grateful For:

A great support system.

Have a great weekend SparkBuddies! I can't thank you all enough for sticking by me and reading my blogs. My presence on here isn't as much lately because of life issues, but I always have my SparkBuddies on my mind.

I went to my 1st rehearsal for 1 of my shows Thursday and it was such a blessing. I'll be working with/mentoring high school musical theatre kids, which was a dream of mine in college. It ignited a spark in me that I haven't felt in a very long time. My 1st rehearsal for my 2nd show is Sunday. November is going to be BUSY.

    Congrats on reconnecting with an old dream that still motivates and excites you! And kudos for just being REAL. Life isn't all about celebrating breakthroughs and success and woohoo!'s. Sometimes it goes by too fast to get a proper handle on. But you've paused just long enough to take a breath and recognize and appreciate that the good stuff IS there, in the midst of the craziness. Keep going!
