Slowing down is tough for me!

I am attempting to slow down and smell the roses. I cut several activities out recently. I am pacing my work, housework and my volunteer work. I am finding me time! It is so different for me to be doing this. I am feeling better with less stress!

    Thanks for sharing...and waving from Australia. I have been like that too...I have so many demands...I am caring for my dad who has been sick and also my family. I found I was spending a lot of time on my fitness programme and cleaning this large house. So I have had to cut back alround because I wasn't really achieving in an area. I now do what I can...and exercise the recommended 3-4 days per week. But I always try to aim for 10,000 steps per day for good health.
