Forgiving ourselves, that is..... Forgiving ourselves when we make eating mistakes, when once in a while our willpower fails us, when we didn't get in the workout we planned, when the motivation escaped us. When we forgive ourselves for those bumps in the road we know we have the opportunity to learn from it so that we can make changes to get us back on track.

Had a real good day and am feeling even better. We stacked & split a lot of wood today - that's a workout in itself! Stayed at home between bus routes and got a lot accomplished. Will do grocery shopping tomorrow.
