Day 5 of 24: Because we're gonna be on the road tomorrow watching some dog agility competition, I had to weigh in today. First off, calorie total again was less than recommended. Exercise was very challenging, having done an all-out 20 minute threshold test followed by some weight exercises. After all of that I weighed in. I started Sunday with a weigh-in of 191.8 pounds. Today, I weighed in at 181.6. Not too shabby a beginning. My original goal was to lose 10 lbs by 11/24. As a result of today's weigh-in, I'm changing the goal to 20 lbs. HOOAAA!!
