Kinda of tanked on my goals for today. I ate okay...not great, and didn't track everything. Lots of little bites at our school's fall festival. I did today's run (surprisingly not bad for being in the mid 30s) plus 10 min kick boxing and yesterday's skinny jeans challenge...but I only completed half of today's challenge. Not enough water either, but I am getting to bed on time. Life is crazy but I will not let it get me down. I'm too close to being back into my jeans.

Goals for tomorrow (taking into consideration a birthday/Halloween party)
- 64+ oz water
- 5k run with kids and dog and daily challenge
- eat mindfully
- set daily goals and Spark
- in bed by 11
