One week left in this apartment. I have most everything packed up except for dishes, and food, and the clothes I need to wear over the week. I still need to pack up winter boots, hats, and mittens. I have a collection of those on my landing. Although I may need them this coming week. At least the hat and mittens. Tomorrow it's suppose to be in the twenties. Burrrrrr. We even have wind chill factors around here. Winter is coming.
Got all my goals done yestarday. I even stayed below the 2000 mark. I had a chocolate bar so went over my calorie range. I made a great dinner of chicken and corn on the cob.
My goals for Saturday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
