A better today

So I am back to my mini meals and I am feeling a lot better today...

It will take a day or so to get back in the swing of things

I want to thank everyone for your support and great suggestions ....it helps to reach out and get support...

I need to get back to my big batch cooking again and finding ways to keep busy .....

I am proud of myself that exercise has become a way of life, not a chore....I love to walk, ride the bike and do the treadmill...I still feel a real sense of pride when I get over 10k steps aday....now I need to get back to aiming for 15K a day....

I am focused on my eating,.... measuring, and weighing my food...getting sleep

Pixie reminded up 67 days till the new year, lets make the next 67 days our best .....let's go out with a healthy bang.....together we can do this....

food is fuel not comfort, entertainment or an anti-anxiety drug.....I will eat to keep my body healthy strong and in tip top shape.....
