Lack of sleep really and a relatively high activity level really started to impact me Wednesday and Thursday. (Mercifully, this really started to correct itself as I was able to get significant sleep Wednesday and Thursday night.)
Wednesday, I decided not to go to the YMCA and had a rather labored mile walk. Still, as usual , I always feel much better after the walk than I did before the walk.
Thursday, I really took it easy. I needed a break. I took no walk.

While my back feels much better than at any time following either surgery my left thigh remains completely numb, and the right thigh is partially numb. I remain concerned but hopeful.
