I have been working very hard all week and then something snapped in me today and I had some cake at work. However, I am pleased with my overall progress - my calorie intake has been great so far and there's still time before my weigh-in day on Sunday to keep going. So, blips aside, I'm going to try to keep to my goals for the next couple of days and will try to fit more exercise into my weekend.

Away from my husband tonight - emoticon

But, back with him tomorrow evening and at my parents' instead so will get pampered - emoticon

    Ahhh, the dreaded work cake!! Why can't people bring trays of carrots to work?

Kidding.

But seriously, the same thing happened to me this past week. Lots of good tracking and careful eating, then suddenly, when I felt strongest, I ate a piece of cake. I work from home, so I can't blame colleagues. It was left over from my daughter's b-day cake. What can you do. Just have to recommit.
