Earlier this week I was out and about, running errands, going shopping, and getting in some running miles. Can you believe I even started my Christmas shopping??!?
This week I've been making a serious effort to get on Spark more. Even if I don't track my calories in and out, just being on here - blogging, reading other blogs, commenting on message boards - helps me to keep my goals in the front of my mind. I often get really excited about some goals, only to find them forgotten or pushed aside because of whatever reason.
There are three big events in 2014 that I'm keeping in my mind as I become more focused - JASR in March, my brother's wedding in June, and my best friend's wedding in July. I don't know that I have a specific number or size in mind, I just want to know that I will feel my best for these events. The less noble reason is that there are going to be TONS of pictures, and I would love to look awesome in the pics!
