I am feeling so much better. Its like I am getting out of my funk, slowly, but I am getting out of it. I am so excited for the changes I am going to see with my exercising. I am slowly changing my lifestyle, one thing at a time. So I am going to get myself exercising and then I will slowly change my eating habits, because they are not bad choices, I just eat a lot. So I need to teach myself portion control. But I will change my eating after I get myself into a work out routine. :) It feels good to be feeling better and feeling more myself. I am just happy and its nice!
