So last night, lovely weather again, I decided not to run. Something told me 3 days in a row might be too much.
I did go for a walk though- it was beautiful.
Now we come to today - I was tempted, and sucumbed, to a donut.
I am now trying to figure out how to arrange the rest of my day so as to not let that ruin my day.
It seems to be another lovely cool day, and so I amy run tonight - but what to have for dinner? I packed a lunch, and am at work, so am kind of stuck there - lots of water, some warm tea, some yogurt with berries, some meat, a large portion of veggie - If I am really off, I will have some popcorn or almonds later from my snack drawer.
