Today marks the beginning of another personal challenge for me.
I challenge myself to eat healthy and workout on weekends too; take it easy on Saturday (maybe go for a stroll) but on Sunday workout like it's a Monday.
I have already weighed myself today so on Monday I will weigh in again to see how it goes; the goal is to gain no weight over the weekend.
Today is also day 3 of keeping food allergens out of my diet challenge; so far so good. However, I am about to make cake for a fundraiser, whew! That will pose a treat but I have my eye on it; I will remain victorious cause I aint going to ruin my now budding streak and I can do without the pain later. I will be strong
