So yesterday was good too. My food was really good...until dinner. I had a protein shake after I worked out, went and ran a ton of errands (seriously I have never been so productive in an hour in my life) and then came home and had a bowl of popcorn. Not exactly the healthiest of dinners but I was still at the 1400 range for the day so it could be worse. I'll take the improvement in the small steps because I know that will help to make these changes habits again. Also I stepped on the scale this morning and was down 2 lbs! I'm sure it has more to do with flushing some water weight outta here but it's nice to see that number go down. We'll see when I officially weigh in next week how that number goes.
I worked out again this morning too. Unfortunately my DVD/Computer decided to not work so it kept me from being able to do the Tae Bo workout I had planned but I didn't let that stop me. I did my own workout while I watched TV. It wasn't quite as intense as Tae Bo would have been but at least I didn't skip it all together. So I'm happy with that too :)
This weekend should be fun. It might be a challenge in the food and drink arena though. Tonight I am going out with some Amanda the Panda friends. We wanted to get together outside of camp so it should be a fun time. Tomorrow we're going tailgating and going to the football game and then out later that night for one of Andrew's friends birthdays. I'm going to try to keep the food in check and the drinking in check. We'll see how that goes...cross your fingers for me! I feel really motivated so I'm not super worried
