Its been a pretty good week. I had a good weight loss so happy with that
I also discovered that working out at home doesn't have to be an easy option. One of the members of my BLC group told me about Lesley Sansones walking workouts that I could do from the comfort of my home, boy they get a good sweat going. Never again will I have the excuse of not being able to get outside for not exercising.
This week I plan to keep doing what I have been doing this week, I don't expect as good a loss but thats okay.
Challenges for the week ahead will be the fact my kids are on holidays from school so I won't have as much time to myself but I am going to make use of the walking workouts and other things I can do from home to make myself accountable.
I'm going to take it one day at a time, one meal at a time, and that way I know I will be okay
