6. Package your food in single serving bags. This helps me to control my portions. When I want some chips I grab a serving and walk out of the kitchen.


This one really works and has prevented me going off the "deep end" many times!

    emoticon One of my early successes with this was nuts. I mean walnuts... in 1/2 ounce portions, in snack sized bags. That way I get my healthy Omega-3 fatty acids, enough, but not too much!

    All food portioned I leave my food on the stove and put portions on my plate I have to put food on my husbands plate and cut it up for him anyway .Do not go back for more.
