Today is "At my desk day". But, I plan to do laps around the building every few minutes to get in my steps. I did sit down and journal my foods this week which was something I have not been doing consistently. I spoke with my IP coach about cravings and what was the best way to handle it. She said it was better to eat an extra Ideal Protein packet than to give in to junk. I am going to try it today and I packed an extra chocolate soy puff just in case I become too stressed and eat a candy bar that is displayed on people's desk.
My goal for the weekend is not to cheat and to really work on getting myself organized. Also to look for a pair of pants that fit me now that most of my pants are too big. ( go me). But, I am not going to beat myself up if I crack under pressure.
