It figures... I start a good routine, I stop drinking so much and BAM... I get hit with a nasty cold! The only thing I've been doing since Saturday night is existing. Looking at the bright side, I didn't quit going to the gym because I was lazy. LOL
I'm feeling a little better today... Going to take the weekend easy and get going again on Monday. If anything, I'll just start walking. Walking up the steps to my second floor office winded me pretty bad.
But I'm still here and still determined to lose this weight!!
