Just wanted to share this workout video with anyone who may appreciate it:
I love it because:
- I'm getting back into SP and working out.
- I love doing workout vids at home
- It's free
- This is only 10 minutes, so I can do it a few times a day, or one a day, or tack it on with another workout
- It's effective (made me sweat) but not impossible for those of us getting back into fitness
