Fitness and weight loss success tastes better than

I'm pushing myself to get exercise into my daily life even if it's like yesterday, only 15 minutes of 30 day shred. This season of life is more busy than ever with unexpected interruptions. God must be exercising my patience quality. With a 6th grader and 9th grader, there are events that change and frequent taxi service required. Yesterday I was almost finished with my 20 minutes and got the call for help.
On the plus side, I'm starting to reorganize my day so that I used mornings for mental work and do housework later in the afternoon or evening when everyone's around. My day starts at 5:30 am with my oldest, fixing her breakfast and lunch (no school lunch - she doesn't like them). The morning prep doesn't end until 8:30 when my youngest gets on her bus.
I've found exercising after lunch is better; it boosts my energy level in the 2-3pm slump,, and I need a break by then.
Dear God, please help me continue to fit in fitness, and also to eat honestly and moderately. With your help and the power of the Holy Spirit, I can do this. Amen!
