Dear week 8,
I'm so happy to pass the first 2 months successfully. After a step back on week 7 I did a very good step forward on week 8 by losing 2.1 kg.
I'd like to share with you the progress I did since I started.
1- Lost 10.9 kg.
2- Lost 5 cm from my bust.
3- Lost 11 cm from my waist.
4- Lost 7 cm from my hips.
5- Lost 7.1% of my body fat.
6- Gained 2.4 kg of lean body mass.
7- Gained confidence.
8- Gained happiness.
9- Gained being much more active over my daily activity.
10- Gained encouraging, support and congratulations from my family and friends.
11- I don't feel that I'm hungry too much times over the day.
12- I can manage to say one fork of a birthday cake is enough.
13- I drink water.
14- I do my workout and strength exercise.
15- I have knowledge to help me complete my journey of weight loss.
This means that I passed 30% of my goal. I've passed 2 months of my 12 months journey. Looking forward to complete the 3rd month.
Now I'm not getting board anymore. I'm very happy of what I achieved and don't want to lose it also I want to complete it to the end. I didn't forget that I'm still too fat and I need to lose 20 kg more.
