Tuesday night I woke up at 2:30am. This was not good because I had to see my psychiatrist at 1:45pm about 2 hours away. Plus make many stops. It was a very busy day and by the time I got home at 5 pm I was beyond exhausted and felt sick as he'll. I ended up sleeping all night and most of yesterday. However today I feel like a new person! I have a busy morning , I'm going to Shawns at noon and I have a bunch of stuff to do. Pack, exercise, shower, clean a bit, etc. But exercise is tops on my priority! The best news is I went from my highest weight EVER on Monday and as of this morning I've lost 6 pounds! From eating healthy, exercising when I can , and staying motivated!
