Still a lot of stress here...but we're getting through it. No skinny jeans challenge today and not enough water, but I'm getting to bed early so I can make up for it tomorrow. It's going to be a cold run tomorrow...in the 30s...hardest part is the step out the door. I got this.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5K+ run and skinny jeans challenge day 24 + 25
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
