Everyday this week I've felt like I've been doing well with nutrition, and everyday I've been over on my tracker. I'm usually good at estimating. This week I've just been oh so wrong!

    Well no doubt you will come across this situation every once in a while. Study what you know about it and see where a small change would have helped you. The main thing is that even if you were over on some parts, at least you were choosing healthy foods. Just keep at it! emoticon
