Rough Day

Well today was probably the roughest day I have had in the last week when it came to motivation. I usually get my workout done in the morning, but for some reason I just did not feel like doing it today. Well by the time one o'clock hit I was feeling bad so I forced myself to get up off my butt and start. About 10 minutes into I was loving it and went on for over an hour.

    Hey don't feel bad, the important thing is that you still did it despite the lack of motivation. Its easy enough to do exercise when you're in the zone, its when you'd much rather be doing anything else that its hard!! But you got up and you did it anywya and that makes you a hero in my eyes. Keep it up, you are doing great.
