SO gonna try for 10 minutes a day

My life recently has gotten very complicated and my workouts have fallen by the wayside. So....now I'm gonna kick myself in the but and gonna try hard to make myself do 10 minutes of movement a day

    This does work. That is how I started out. I did 10 of exercise. I wasn't able to do anymore than that at first. I had to do exercise on my bed, because I couldn't stand long. Than I started doing 10 minutes twice a day, then 3 times a day. Before I knew it I was doing 30 blocks of exercise at a time or more. Good for you! You can do it! Just starting the 10 minutes a day is a good place to begin again. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
