I'm going to try and give up cheese on my daily sandwiches. The added calories and fat just aren't worth it, especially with how filling the meat is. I'm very thankful that I absolutely, positively despise mayo. The only other thing I need to do is ease up on the sub sauce. (I don't use that much, actually. Just enough to make it more edible.)
Special K Protein Shakes help keep me satisfied on my last break, which is around 9pm, and when I get home I have fat free milk with some chocolate syrup. I can't remember the last time I had ice cream, either.
So far, so good!
