Normally when you make a decision to get in shape and lose weight, you would get support from people you know. Do you ever notice that people start to treat you differently as soon as you lose weight and feel better about yourself .
They act aloof or better yet act smug. My advice is keep moving. People are just jealous that they didn't put forth the effort to exercise and eat right. Don't let the haters derail you from taking care of yourself.
