Great month, down 6.7lbs and am now in ONEderland!
I have lost almost 3 inches from my chest so the gap in my goal jacket is narrowing.

I like having tangible proof that my hard work is paying off!
I will continue my healthy eating and exercise program.
This week I am going to concentrate on my meal frequency. I will space my meals to be between 3-4 hours and my evening meal not to be later than 7:00p.m.
My gym workouts (cardio, ST, cardio, flexibility) will be on Monday, Wednesday, Friday. It's good having a day in between the ST for the muscles to recover. I will make it a point to do Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home program the rest of the days.
I have a bold goal of 2lbs for this week.
