new shoes!

Thursday, October 24, 2013

Made an investment in wellness by buying a new pair of athletic shoes. This was a hugely necessary purchase right now, as all my other pairs of active shoes seem to fit poorly or be worn out.

These are the Saucony Omni 12s. I ended up going to the local running shoe shop rather than trying to buy them online. They watched how I walk and were able to advise me on which shoes would help correct my stride a bit and also on which shoes run wide through the toe box, which is important for me because I had a Morton's Neuroma at one point.

These shoes feel fantastic. Expert advice made finding the right pair so easy, too.

Now I am really prepared for some good fall walks!

Did that same thing about a year ago and then found another pair at a real deal. First pair cost over $100.00, second pair $69.99. The expert fitting was great and I also have the Morton's Neuroma. Enjoy your workouts! emoticon
