Pre-Tracking Helps

I find that when I pre-track my day's nutrition, it helps me stay accountable. Well, yesterday I started pre-tracking my fitness, too, and it really does help me stay accountable to getting my minutes in! If anyone is having problems with being accountable to yourself, I high suggest pre-tracking! It really helps!!!

    I usually pre-track my daytime calories, brekkie, lunch and snacks. I will my dinner if I actually know what we're making for dinner, but that's a rarity. But it defnitely helps me out too! Great job!
