Fit2Feast challenge

I just read the article for a November Challenge to excersice at least 10 mins a day starting November 1st and ending November 27th (day before thanksgiving). I am super excited to do this and I plan to blog everyday during that time with my results!!

I am afraid of Thanksgiving and fear that I will forget myself because food is my biggest hurdle in this. I think this challenge will be a good reminder to myself of what I am trying to acheive, and therefore will remember this on Thanksgiving.

I want to take it one step further. I am going to do at least 10 mins a day for all 30 days of November, Including on Thanksgiving day. My reason for this is my father always said that it takes 30 days to make a habit.

I know if I can do this every day in November, I will have made daily excersice a part of my permanent daily routine. Just might be the boost I need to get this habit started.

    Great idea. You can do it and it will help you eat mindfully on Thanksgiving. I'm going to do it too.

    An excellent plan. I'll stand with you and do a special extra 10 minutes a day. By December we will both have a good habit.

    Love it I'm doing the same!!! Can't wait to start the challenge and I'm planning on doing the turkey trot in my city on thanksgiving day! I want this year to be healthy my first healthy thanksgiving ever!!!
