I just read the article for a November Challenge to excersice at least 10 mins a day starting November 1st and ending November 27th (day before thanksgiving). I am super excited to do this and I plan to blog everyday during that time with my results!!
I am afraid of Thanksgiving and fear that I will forget myself because food is my biggest hurdle in this. I think this challenge will be a good reminder to myself of what I am trying to acheive, and therefore will remember this on Thanksgiving.
I want to take it one step further. I am going to do at least 10 mins a day for all 30 days of November, Including on Thanksgiving day. My reason for this is my father always said that it takes 30 days to make a habit.
I know if I can do this every day in November, I will have made daily excersice a part of my permanent daily routine. Just might be the boost I need to get this habit started.
