Really. Not much here that anyone else will care about!
So I remember that I felt success with today's routine. Even though the scale bounced up this morning (too much salt last night after the lecture?).
This was a comfortable pace. I easily ran 15 second intervals. I did NOT need recovery time to return to my walking pace. Under 16 minute miles.
Finished 2.18 mile route in 34:26 for a 15:48 pace.
I finished Week 1, Day 1 according to instructions. The last 10 minutes plus repeated the second 10 minutes interval order of 1 minute walking, 15 seconds running.
Go Zombies. And werewolves. And vampires.
