I have a new goal!

I was checking out Pixielicious's blog last night, and she inspired me. Her blog was about how much progress she could make if she gave it her all from now till New Year's day. So that got me thinking.... I can do this, too!
I decided to create a page, well... two pages, really. The first page is set up like a calendar with 70 cells. The first cell reads 70, the next 69, and so forth - counting down to day 1 - the last day. Each day that I faithfully do my best, I will cross off that day before turning in at night.
The second page contains the same cells, but not the same content. First I wrote the date (ie. Oct/23). (I dated each cell leading up to Dec/31.) Beneath the date I wrote FOOD, and beneath that FITNESS MINUTES.
I will check off FOOD when I am done tracking for the day, and I will enter the number of minutes spent in exercise.
I printed both pages out on thick card paper, so I can post them up and write on it with ease, I'm excited!
