So yesterday went pretty well. I ended up eating 1400 calories which I am happy with. I said no to a lot I normally would have eaten so it was a good day. I even told Andrew no more eating out (he is a real bad food pusher) and that I wanted to lose weight before Mexico. He said he wanted to lose 10 lbs himself (which is just crazy talk because he is so cute and perfect but who am I to stand in the way of someones goal). Anyways hopefully with him on board it will make it easier but if not I'm prepared to exercise my 'no' muscle a lot :) I just hate how he can eat everything and anything and be small and cute and it doesn't seem to take much for me to gain back 10 pounds. Ah the perils of being a woman.
So now I am plotting out my new workout routine. It is going to be nice to do something other than running! I do much better when things are planned so I am going to make a schedule to get it all down and then I don't have to think about it. I have enough workout dvds and wii games to choke a donkey so I should be good for quite a while. So far I have my ST workouts picked and just figuring out my cardio. I'll share when I get them figured out.
So that is where I am at today. I have lots of fun plans in the next two weeks so being prepared and planning things out will really be how I can keep it together. Hope everyone is having a fabulous Thursday!
